Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant of Sections 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Hearing of Complaints.

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Lindley, County of Steuben has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Clerk’s office, where it may be examined by any interested person until the Fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll at her office, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, NY on the following dates:

Thursday, May 2, 2024 10a - 2p

Saturday, May 11, 2024 4p - 8p

Thursday, May 16, 2024 2p - 6p

Tuesday, June 4, 2024 12p - 4p

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, between the hours of 4p - 8p, at the Town Hall in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself/herself to be aggrieved.
