NOTICE: The Lindley Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on January 19, 2026, at 7pm at the Lindley Town Hall, County Route 115, regarding a Subdivision for Mongaup River Solar and property owner, William J. McCreary, 1016 Davis Road, Corning, NY 14830, tax map # 388.00-01-013.111, dividing a 191.78-acre parcel into a 14.36-acre parcel, a 55.31-acre parcel, a 74.83-acre parcel, a 7.84-acre parcel and a 38.96-acre parcel. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
