NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED Lindley Community Solar Project. The Lindley Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Town of Lindley on the 20th day of November, 2023, at 7pm. All interested parties and residents are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to ask questions regarding the proposed Solar Project from Dennis Ryan and his team. Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Solar Project and the Rules of Conduct at Public Meetings may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, NY 14858.
