Termination of the State of Emergency

After speaking with the Town Attorney in an Attorney/Client conference, he has confirmed with the State Police and the NYS Comptroller’s office that the State of Emergency may be terminated.

Both entities indicated they have sufficient documentation to continue their ongoing investigation into the Highway Department.

The Town of Lindley is not able to discuss an ongoing investigation.
