NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT

TAKE NOTICE, that I, Callie Perry, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Lindley, County of Steuben, State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Lindley for the year 2026, and that I will attend at Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, in the said Town of Lindley from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, nine o’clock in the forenoon to twelve o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on the said roll.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before February, 2026, without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest. One percent if paid on or before March 2, 2026, and an additional two percent for each additional month or fraction thereof thereafter until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Treasurer pursuant to law.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of the law the tax roll of the Town of Lindley will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Steuben on the 1st day of April 2026.
