Solar Law - 2024-12-18

The Lindley Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6pm at the Lindley Town Hall, 637 County Route 115, Lindley, to address proposed Local Law #4 of 2024, a local law to adopt the Town of Lindley’s Solar Energy Law. Copies of the Solar Energy Law are available at the Lindley Town Clerk’s office. All interest parties will be given an opportunity to b e heard at the Public Hearing, or you may submit your comments in writing by December 17, 2024. All interested parties are invited to attend.
