Notice of Public Hearing

PLEAES TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lindley Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall to review the denial of an application for a Conditional Use Permit of Article 11.6.2, Section 3, of the Town of Lindley Zoning Law. Tax map number 369.07-01-005.000, 9169 Presho School Road. The applicant is appealing the current Zoning Regulation. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodation to participate in the hearing should notify the Town Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
