Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lindley Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Lindley Town Hall to consider the application for an Area Variance of Article 12.6.2. Section 3, of the Town of Lindley Zoning Law. Tax map number 369.08-02-013.000, 1768 Latteral Road. The applicant is applealing the current Zoning Reglulation. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodation to participate in the hearing should notify the Town Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
